as applicant (hereinafter called Applicant)

and

Hungary.Network Informatics, Inc.
(Szépvölgyi út 39., Budapest, H-1037 Hungary),
as contractor (hereinafter called HNI )

at the place and date stated below with the following conditions:

1. Registration of Domain Name by HNI

This contract is valid for domain names to be newly registered under the conditions declared. Domain names already registered come under the conditions valid at the time of registration, including the rules of procedure and contractual conditions.

2. Conditions of Registration

Domain names can be registered under the following conditions of this contract:

• This contract is only valid for the registration of new domain names not registered before at Hungary.Network (meaning a completely new registration or transfer from another contractor).
• Our fees are not divisible. Should the Applicant need only some of these services, the fee will not be reduced. Nor will the fee be reduced for partial year services.
• The fee has to be paid in advance, at the very latest 48 hours before the registration. HNI issues an invoice before payment is required.
• Should the registration unexpectedly fail, HNI refunds the fee with a HUF 2000 +VAT reduction to cover administrative costs.
• This contract can only be accepted by HNI if the Application meets the requirements of the domain registration rules, and the complete, signed and original copy of the online Application Form and all the supporting documents (as needed) are handed in by the time of contracting.
• Applicant must also satisfy the requirements of the registrar organisation (Council of Hungarian Internet Providers: ISZT Kht.) and must accept HNI's conditions concerning domain name service. HNI's general conditions can be read at HNI's home page at http://www.net.hu/english/specials/domain-special.shtml. You can fill out and print the Application Form from the following webpage: http://www.domain.hu/domain/English/igenylo.html. Complete ISZT Kht. rules for the Hungarian domain name registration can be found at http://www.domain.hu/. By filling out, printing, signing and sending the Application Form and two original copies of this contract to the HNI office, Applicant accepts all the conditions and regulations.


3. Services Provided in Accordance with Signed Contract

Either or all of the services of the package listed in article 4 can be ordered. Please mark your order with an x in the box next to the name of the service. After signing this contract Applicant can invalidate either or all of the services or can order a new service within the package. HNI approves invalidation after one month of receipt and performs a new service after one week of receipt. Modifications of this kind have to be made by fax or postal mail with original signature.

5. Expansion of Contract by Registration of Additional Domain Name(s)

For submitting an application for additional domain name(s) Applicant must fill out and send in an Application Form concerning only the new domain name(s). Applicant has to refer to this contract and declare ordering services as described in article 4.

6. Fees for Services

These fees are valid from January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2006. The VAT is 20%.

6.1 For One Year

The fees entitle Applicant to have resort to the services for one year from the time of registration. For the renewal of services the yearly fee must be paid before the expiry of the contract. Should the Applicant not pay on time, HNI automatically considers it an invalidation and terminates the service.

Special offer in case of registering accentuated domain names belonging to the same .hu domain name: if you register at least 3 accentuated domain names you get the fourth (next) one for free.

6.2 Special Prices with 3-year Fidelity

The fees entitle Applicant to have resort to the services for three years from the time of registration. For the renewal of services the additional fee must be paid before the expiry of the contract. Should the Applicant not pay on time, HNI automatically considers it an invalidation and terminates the service.

Special offer in case of registering accentuated domain names belonging to the same .hu domain name: if you register at least 3 accentuated domain names you get the fourth (next) one for free.

7. Duration and Termination of Contract
1. This contract is valid for an indefinite time unless normally or promptly terminated by either of the parties, or until the performance of the last service expires.
2. This contract can be terminated by either party upon thirty days written notice (normal termination).
3. This contract can be promptly terminated by either party with a written notice, if the other party severely or repeatedly fails its obligations declared in this contract, furthermore, if either party's behaviour severely impedes the fulfilment of obligations or makes the enforceability of this contract impossible, or there is a chance of injury being made to business reputation.


8. Other Conditions
1. Concerning issues not included in this contract, both parties should comply with the applicable laws of the Hungarian Civil Code (Polgári Törvénykönyv) and the regulations of ISZT.
2. In case of any legal debate concerning this contract both parties should reach a peaceable agreement . Should this be impossible, in legal debates concerning issues as described in articles 4.1 and/or 4.2 of this contract, the parties specify the Court of Arbitration attached to ISZT, in other legal affairs the Central District Court of Pest (Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság) as the obligate venues.



Both parties hereby declare that they have read this Contract, and having signed it today they manifest their absolute willingness to submit to all conditions included.
