Responsibility for web content

HNI can not be held responsible for compensation regarding damages emerging directly or indirectly due to any activity listed above.
Procedure upon detecting infringement
Upon notification that any material posted with the technical help of HNI (as described above) violates the law or copyright, or might lead to possible violation of the law, HNI will inform and warn the respective publisher to eliminate all violations. Should the publisher fail to make the necessary arrangements, HNI may cancel all services related to the violation without negotiation or hesitation. HNI can demand compensation for all damages from the publisher at fault.
