Online marketing activity of HNI

HNI offers:

  • Consulting and campaign design

Consultation activities are charged hourly, while search-marketing prices are based on effectiveness.
Media sales prices are determined by HNI in cooperation with our partners. Prices are based on the price given by the owner (maintainer) of the media we are about to buy, taking discounts, bonuses, and extras into consideration.


HNI will organize online ads for foreign websites.


Ad organization can be occasional, or part of a campaign. In the latter case HNI is prepared to assume all responsibilities for the whole campaign, not only the technical part. Heuréka www.heureka.hu

Heuréka is an “Altavista-like” search engine of Hungarian or Hungarian-related websites that uses robots to automatically find sites and index their content, thus allowing users to search for words, groups of words, or parts of words. Heuréka is a popular service with tens of thousands of searches daily.


Heuréka uses a thesaurus, handles accents, and can carry out word-terminal analysis. Its relevance analysis is similar to that of Google.


Heuréka’s target group consists of middle-aged people with higher education and strong knowledge of the internet.

HuDir www.hudir.hu

HuDir is the search engine of Hungarian and Hungarian-related websites that thematically categorizes homepages by main title and area of activities. It is a “Yahoo-like” search system, which means that one can surf among the given topics or enter a key word. Topics range from entertainment to science, easing effective advertisement targeting.

HuDir, similarly to Heuréka, contains a thesaurus and a word-terminal indicator program. Its categories are based on a scientifically-proven classification system; in this sense it is the best quality Hungarian online catalogue.

HuDir’s target group, similar to that of Heuréka, is educated middle-aged people.

Ariadnet www.ariadnet.hu

Ariadnet is the first internet service in Hungary to combine several search systems, rank the pages it finds, eliminate duplications, and present the results in a form that fits user needs. Advanced options are available for detailed and precise searches.


Search is supported by a thesaurus and a word-terminal indicator program. Ariadnet is available in both a server- and a client-side version.


Ariadnet supports targeting for broader, general topics (e.g., fashion, entertainment, travel) as well as for more narrow, well-defined subgroups (e.g., the construction business, services, technical products).

Various extra services are provided for visitors, helping them find the ad they are looking for: form of appearance, order, thematic categorization, searchability, geographic map, and e-mail notification system.

Advertisements can be targeted by the appropriate topic. The most popular categories are real estate and motor vehicles.

Hungarian Who’s Who Online is the free catalogue of Hungarian or Hungarian-related private websites and e-mail addresses. One can search by the name of persons or places.

 

Media re-sell

Duna Tv www.dunatv.hu

HNI broadcasts its teletext (DUNATEXT) program on the internet in both graphical and text- only formats. Duna Television News now appears on the internet in audio and video format, and its website was transformed into a new, interactive portal, handling texts and video files.
Among the services of DUNATEXT is access to the entire database of the Hungarian Stock Exchange, made possible by the online contact between the two institutions. The TV’s internet presence dissolves the borders of satellite broadcast, providing global access. Duna Television is watched by 4 million viewers daily, complemented by 2 million users of the internet monthly.

Web design and implementation

HNI prepares professional, user-friendly and interactive web pages to suit the profile, design, and target group of a company, in multiple languages. We prepare several site designs to help clients select the most appropriate one. We offer maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting as well as continuous content management, enabling clients to offer up-to-date information for visitors. Sites are registered in HNI search engines, and we also help clients register with foreign search engines.

Online ad placement

With the help of our ad server, MUTI, it is easy to specify how many times an ad should be displayed during a campaign, and also the percentage for any given day. Rotation characteristics can be specified for multiple ads. MUTI provides continuous statistics for monitoring of the campaign’s effectiveness. These statistics are available via fax or e-mail. The statistics contain, separately for each surface used in the campaign, the following data:

  • Adview (number of displays daily and for the total campaign)
  • Click through (number of clicks daily, and for total campaign)
  • Adview daily distribution for the total campaign time (figure)

What you need to know about the order procedure

An order should be placed at least 5 working days prior to the start of the campaign. We expect all supporting material by at least 3 days before the start of the campaign.

Campaigns are billed at the end of the campaign or monthly (for longer campaigns). We provide a campaign report with statistics about the effectiveness of the campaign.
